Iglika Yordanova

Iglika Yordanova is Managing Partner at Colliers. She has over 20 years of experience and has been instrumental in establishing the company as one of the leading real estate companies. She has led the office and retail services departments and her clients include Bluehouse, Lindner, Europa Capital, Revetas, Avestus, GE, GTC, Immofinanz, Heitman and many others. For the last 10 years Iglika has been Managing Director and subsequently Managing Partner of Colliers in Bulgaria. During this period, the Colliers team has consistently achieved high performance both in terms of market success for the company and in creating value in the industry. Iglika has been a member of ICSC and has represented the company in AmCham, AIBEST, FIABCI, Bulgarian Facility Management Association, NSNI.
Iglika's previous work experience is as a Commercial Space Manager where she was involved in business development and team management. She holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. She has a Master's degree in Economics from St. Kliment Ohridski University, Sofia. She has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sofia University.
