Anton Gintschev is a manager and partner in the German companies RExcellence GmbH, Immotech Deutschland GmbH and Refides GmbH, as well as in the Bulgarian consulting company Facility Management Consulting Ltd. Before starting the development of his own companies, he was for about 15 years the head of the property and facilities management business of one of the leading Dutch real estate companies in Germany - Ten Brinke. In this company Anton Ginchev manages a building portfolio worth over 1.5 billion euros and establishes and manages separate subsidiaries of the group for both property and facilities management.
Prior to Ten Brinke, he worked for the German company Lindner, where from 2003 to 2007 he managed the Facility Management in Business Park Sofia. In 2006, he organized together with the student society "Cyril and Methodius" from Karlsruhe and Prof. Kunibert Lennerts from the Technical University Karlsruhe (KIT) the first Facility Management Conference in Bulgaria. From 2023. Anton Ginchev is the chairman of the German Institute for Professional Training in Property Management DIWPM e.V.
