Atanas Garov

Atanas Garov is the founder and managing partner of Garitage Investment Management Ltd. The company's portfolio includes projects such as residential complexes, business parks, commercial areas, educational and sports centers.
Garitage Park is a large-scale residential and business complex spread over 167,000 m2. The project is being implemented in phases and in its fully completed form will include 95,000 m2 of offices, 60,000 m2 of housing, 90,000 m2 of parkland with a lake, children's and sports playgrounds, a primary school for 500 children, 4,500 parking spaces, a sports centre with a swimming pool with a capacity of 1,700 people, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and more.
Sofia Park Villas is a high-end residential complex developed by Garitage Investment Management. It offers a new type of housing, building on the general concept in the south of Sofia. In the complex, amidst a rich park environment, are 35 single-family houses of 3 types.
Before founding Garitage Investment Management, Atanas Garov was Managing Partner at Colliers International Bulgaria for more than 11 years and was involved in the development of the company both in Bulgaria and the Balkans.  Prior to Colliers, Atanas Garov worked at Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group in New York.
Atanas Garov holds a Master's degree in International Business from Thunderbird University, AGSIM in the USA, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Romance Languages from Colorado College.
