Monika Gajewska is Head of Advisory and Transactions Services – Office Department for Bulgarian market at CBRE office for South Eastern Europe region. Monika has a decade of experience in commercial real estate in the SEE region and a strong track record for both local and international clients.
Before joining CBRE in 2018, Monika was working as Senior Consultant at JLL, where she has concluded numerous of office deals across the whole SEE region.
She is based in Sofia since June 2022, when she took over the leadership of the Office Leasing department for Bulgarian market. At her current role she is focused on strengthening cooperation with existing clients and increasing company’s market share, providing investors and occupiers top quality property advisory services. Monika is providing full scope of advisory and transaction services for CBRE clients including: acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and commercial rent reviews.
