Radoslav Kotlarov

Radoslav Kotlarov is CEO of GBS Invest and managing director of GHome, Glavbolgarstroy's residential construction brand. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of GHotels, which includes the complexes St. Thomas, Sozopol and Flora, Borovets. Born in 1982, he joined the Glavbolgarstroy team 14 years ago. He graduated from the Technical University of Sofia, with a degree in engineering, and later obtained a master's degree at César Ritz Colleges, Switzerland. He is an expert in real estate. He is a family man, with two children, who use renewable energy sources for their electricity needs.
