Borislav Tochevski graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with a degree in Computer Science. He is co-owner of Bulcapital Group - a holding structure owning and managing over 40 companies. The Group diversifies its capital in several main areas : ⁃ Tourism; ⁃ Construction and Management of residential, holiday and commercial properties (over 250,000 m2, over 50 sites); ⁃ Expert accounting, legal, advertising and IT services. The Group's main brands are Domex, Dream Home, Dream Arte, Dream Audit, Case Member of NACA (National Association of Construction Entrepreneurs) and BISA (Bulgarian Investment and Construction Association).
